DTC Group with a strong lineage of 40 years of rich and diverse experience in mining has also gained a stronghold in the fields of Real Estate, Logistics and Infrastructure. DTC Group first real estate project was Orchid Tower and Orchid Point Mall which houses the Kankurganchi Pantaloons. DTC Group ultimate vision to bring out the true potential of the then underdeveloped area and to complete the mall project in a record time of 14 months.
